Thank you for shopping with Bold & Luxe by Tracie J! Here's what to expect once you place your order.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, not counting weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking. During sales or busy seasons, processing can take a little longer.
Shipping rates & delivery times
- Standard Shipping: $8.00, arrives in [5–7] business days
- Expedited Shipping: $11.00 arrives in [2–3] business days
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50

Where we ship We currently ship within the United States. We do ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Tracking your order When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packagesBold & Luxe by Tracie J isn't responsible for packages that tracking shows as delivered but that are lost or stolen. If your order arrives damaged, email us at sensualsecretsbytraciej@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address the customer entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
