Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible, an item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase available.

To request a return, email sensualsecretsbytraciej@gmail.com. Please do not send an item back before contacting us. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions for sending it back. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, email sensualsecretsbytraciej@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right. Please contact us before sending the item back.

Items that cannot be returned

We cannot accept returns of custom or personalized items, personal care goods, sale items, or gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, request a return for the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We’ll let you know when we receive and inspect your return and whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it. If more than 20 business days have passed since your return was approved, email sensualsecretsbytraciej@gmail.com.
